Joe Pascale

Joe Pascale, a Phoenix, real estate agent with Home Smart® ha been working in the industry for 15 years.  Learning the art of real estate from his mother, a twenty year veteran of Realty Executives, Joe has built his client base and reputation on the premise that clients are family. 

Joe started his career in real estate after moving to Phoenix from Seattle where he had worked as a call center manager for AT&T.  At AT&T Joe managed as many as 1,600 employees at one time.  The skills he learned from his job proved valuable in his future career in real estate.  Joe says, “It taught me to work quickly to get the heart of a problem and think quickly how to find a remedy.”  Upon his arrival in Phoenix, Joe enrolled in real estate school and was mentored by his mother.  In his first year of real estate, Joe closed 60 deals.

Over the years, Joe has not only built a successful real estate practice, but he has created lifelong relationships with clientele. Joe enjoys getting to know his clients on a personal level. Don’t be surprised if you see him ice skating with his family and clients on a Sunday afternoon! Joe also has a charitable heart with a soft spot for children.  The Phoenix Children’s Hospital is one of many organizations, Joe is committed to.    

Joe is married to his wife, Karen, and has two boys, Massimo and Luciano.  When he is not spending time with them, he enjoys touring open houses and perusing home magazines.  Joe has an appreciation for good architecture and a well built home.
